In my 15 years of experience in the ever-evolving field of product design, I have developed a wide range of skills. I've honed my expertise in strategic product design, having worked in various settings, including startups, agencies, enterprises, and government organisations.
In these diverse roles, I have applied design thinking methodologies to address user problems within complex business ecosystems. Human-centered design is the foundation of my approach, and I utilise the three lenses of customer desirability, technological feasibility, and business viability to make well-balanced design decisions. This approach allows me to deliver impactful solutions that benefit both end-users and business outcomes.

As part of the Australia Post digital experience team I worked within various parts of the business including account, consumer deliveries, small business sending and design system. Leo Burnett Melbourne embraces digital as the most effective channel to engage mass audiences. Taking a fully integrated approach to any creative brief which allowed me to collaborate with some of the best minds in advertising, offering my creative expertise to take campaigns to the digital space.
